VITAMAN REFUNDS & RETURNS

Faulty or damaged stock on delivery will be replaced via standard delivery at no cost to you. Please contact us at cs@gundie.com.au and return the goods within 14 days of receipt to:

Any VITAMAN orders fulfilled incorrectly will be replaced at no additional charge or be given a full refund of the initial charge. All other orders are eligible for a refund within 7 days of dispatch by contacting cs@gundie.com.au and returning all unopened items to the address above. Customers will be responsible for paying postage costs to return all unopened items. Refunds will be processed once all unopened items have been received. Please note that we cannot accept any returns on opened products.

G UNDIE does not accept liability – for direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage – arising from any delay in delivery of the products or any failure to deliver the products ordered by you for whatever reason. G UNDIE does not accept liability for loss or damage after dispatch has occurred, however we will try our best to follow up with the shipping company.
