Due to the hygiene nature of our underwear and swimwear products, we are unable to accept a change of mind as a valid reason for the return of these products, but we will do our best to help resolve any issues concerning your purchase. For this reason, we ask that you take due care when making your purchase by ensuring you have correctly selected your style, design and colour, and most importantly the correct size using the Size Charts provided for the products you are purchasing.
We offer our customers that have experienced a damaged or faulty product on an item purchased to receive a full refund or exchange of their purchase. All items of this nature must follow our damaged or faulty products policy.

Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a damaged or faulty product please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and we will provide a replacement or refund. Please send us a description and photo of the damaged or faulty product as this will assist us to process your replacement order or refund as quickly as possible. Products that have been worn or washed can not be replaced, however we will consider all issues of this nature where it is reasonable to conclude that the product was damaged or faulty at the time the product was dispatched.
